Information on submission
How interesting and diverse the topic "Business Services" is, is shown by the approximately 640 submitted contributions, of which the best 160 were selected in the context of a careful review procedure. Each anonymous contribution was at least evaluated by three reviewers. Overall more than 1,800 reviews were provided by over 400 specialized experts. We would like to thank you very much for your submissions!

We kindly invite authors from either a theoretical or practical background to submit interesting papers for the tracks mentioned to be held in the conference program. They can be composed in German or in English according to the template and must not exceed 10 pages. Download the template as a dot-file for MSword. (Submissions should be in DOC format)
Please remove name, address and so on in the submitted paper. Note that an abstract of 100 words at most has to be put ahead of the text. Submission can only be effective via the conference tool.
Please send us a signed Copyright Form when submitting your final version. Please note: New version available
Papers will be 3x blind reviewed. Accepted submissions will be published in the conference booklet and will be made available for downloading. The admission of an accepted contribution into the conference booklet requires that at least one author has registered to the conference and has submitted the conference contribution.
