Track 13:  Organizational Concepts for Business Services

The Development and application of flexible Business Service Management is inevitable for competitive companies in order to continuously adapt to rapidly changing market requirements. This implies a need for modern organizational concepts with regard to Business Services such as management concepts for service-oriented architectures. It also requires methodologies such as ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) that provide optimal support for Business Models through Business Services. At the same time service-oriented architectures enable novel opportunities in the area of innovative organizational concepts for companies and business value networks. Nevertheless groundbreaking research in the area of organizational concepts and methodologies for Business Services is still in its infancy. This track focuses on the overall aspects of Business Service from organizational concepts and infrastructures to Business Models, applications, economies and their analysis via novel methodologies.
