Track 6: Collaborative Services
Service-oriented approaches are gaining importance not only for supporting collaboration between systems but also for supporting collaboration between people, groups and organizations. The notion of service encompasses a bundle of applications, hardware, people, organizations and supporting services, that are provided to the users (cf. ITIL v3). We are interested in submissions that provide insights into new knowledge about service-oriented collaborative systems. We particularly invite submissions furthering the state-of-the art and knowledge about the development, deployment, use and evaluation of services for supporting collaboration as well as those presenting innovative concepts and systems in this area. The colloborative systems under consideration can be developed by professionals or by end-users. The relationship to the organizational context should be clear.

- Mobile and ubiquitous systems for collaboration support
